This is what you need to do-STOP EATING YOURSELF TO DEATH. Eat smart, not little. To lose weight you cannot have glycogen stores in the liver. Glycogen is produced and stays in the liver via sugars you eat, whether white sugar, brown sugar, fructose, lactose (yes, fruits, vegetables, and almost all carbohydrates) these stores are used for energy. As long as your body has these stores your fat is not going anywhere. To move the fat you need to start eating right-and it is not immediately easy but gets easier.
So let’s look at what you can eat. Eggs, as many as you want as often as you want, cooked in butter, olive oil and cheese, onions, garlic, spinach and sprouts. Bacon, Canadian, American any variety hat is not cured in any sugars (see label for carbohydrates and sugars). You can eat meats, any kind with butter, garlic and limited vegetables. You can eat fish, including tuna in generous amounts of mayonnaise. You can eat any food that contains 0 sugars and 0 carbs and you can eat as much as you want until you are full. I highly recommend you drink at least 2 liters of water a day, flavored water with no sugar and no carbs is also fine. Teas are fine with Stevia as sweetener. Do this for as long as you want, you may even want to add, after two weeks, a cheat day where you can eat what you want (in moderation) and resume the diet. Never feel deprived because this will lead to binge eating.
